About Us
Integrity Logistix is a B-BBEE level 1 company and was established to serve as an Intermediary and Courier Services Provider after the discovery of clients paying costly courier fees and the level of customer service expectations not being met.
It identified a way to secure business with our strategic courier partners by analyzing the customer’s “last mile deliveries” of their supply chain. The company was founded and started by Leon and Sherry-Ann James who currently have interest in several small businesses in South Africa, these include but not limited to ITC, Transportation and Consulting.
Integrity Logistix seeks to play a major role in the transportation and logistics industry in South Africa and is already looking at transforming the industry to become more robust and enable it to respond to change with ease.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to be the preferred Intermediate Courier Service Provider to clients ensuring a high level of excellence is maintained from the customer order and needs analysis stage to post-delivery.
Our vision speaks to our ability to negotiate preferential rates as well as ensure a high level of excellence is maintained for a great client experience.
We want to grow with our clients and build a reputable business which seeks to attract new clients on recommendation from existing clients.
